Join the Sprouted Chefs and Yana Yoga for a feel-good Saturday, pairing rejuvenating yoga practice and a nutritious cooking class.
We will first wake up the mind and body with a yoga practice led by Yana. Expect to move through a fluid sequence of an all-levels vinyasa flow focused on expansion, breath and stability. The class will finish with a deep rest to the sound of alchemy crystal bowls.
With a worked up appetite post-savasana, transition into the garden where Sarah and Chelsea from Sprouted Chefs will quickly demonstrate their signature, nutrient-packed, blueberry smoothie for an after class refresher and easy pick-me-up.
Once revived, the Sprouted Chefs will then jump right into a hands-on cooking class where you will be making your own Asian collard green wraps. Chef Sarah will cover the how-to’s: blanching, charring, and making quick relishes to build maximum flavor when using vegetables. All the while, Holistic Nutritionist Chelsea will share exciting and practical information on the healing properties within these green wraps and how they can help heal your body from the inside out.
