Supported by the growing and illuminating energy of the waxing crescent moon we are ready to plant intentions for harvest over the next couple of weeks and beyond. 

In this two hour ceremony we will move through a light to moderate asana practice, a short meditation and intention setting and complete all with a long alchemy series crystal bowls sound bath. 

Optional to bring a crystal of your choice, a pen and a paper. 

Bring a swim suit to complete your charge with a soak and a steam at the beautiful hammam, sauna and steam room on property

Celebrate Earth Day in this special Sunrise Yoga Flow on Miami Beach! Yana will guide you through a fluid yoga practice set to the sounds of the soothing ocean waves while you soak up the rising sun. You'll connect with Mother Nature, cultivate mindfulness for our planet, and leave feeling calm, centered, and grounded in the sand.

Arrive 15 minutes in advance to check in and grab your mat at the Exhale front desk before being guided to the beach together. In the case of rain, class will be held in the Exhale studio.

Class is $30 for non-members and includes access to the spa facilities for the day including showers, steam room, jacuzzi, and fitness center.

During this pre-halloween full moon we are especially profoundly experiencing our lineage, ancestors and the spirit realm as many celebrations take place all in one week, such as Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Samhain. Use this time to connect to your lineage by identifying inherited tendencies that do not serve you and you would like to heal, or honor the inherited gifts, - see how far back you can track it in your bloodline.

Join me this Tuesday night at the 1 Hotel South Beach for an evening of Meditation and Sound Healing. By turning down the lights every new moon we bring awareness to global electrical pollution and honor the natural rhythm of the celestial cycles.

 Inversions, handstands and arm balances can sound intimidating, but learning the principles of alignment and understanding the functionality of the body make them tangible and fun! 

In this interactive workshop we will move through a number of drills, with and without props to understand the key muscles and energetic alignment principles responsible for keeping you safe and strong as you advance in your practice. All levels welcome.
