Sound Healing

What is Sound Healing?

Everything around us vibrates - from smallest particle to our bodies, to the universe itself, producing frequency. Science shows that sounds can produce physical changes in the body, in particular in autonomic, immune, endocrine and neuropeptide systems.  Sound healing creates harmony within frequency of the body. Meaning, when the organs are healthy, they resonate in harmony with the rest of the body, but when the vibration of the organ is out of harmony, it creates a dis~ease in the body. Harmony restored when sound is projected. Therefore, sound heals the body on the cellular level. This session uses crystal sound bowls for healing. Sound bowls are made out of crystal quarts, element which is known to amplify intentions, to amplify, transform, store, focus and transfer energy. Each sound bowl represents a musical note, and individually they represent one of the 7 chakras in the body. Sound bowl healing is known to have a profound effect on the organs, tissues and cells as well as metabolic, endocrine and circulatory systems.
